COMIT AG is an established consulting and implementation partner for the financial industry. Our company has been operating in the market since 1980. We support our customers throughout the entire IT Service value creation chain – starting with consulting, system integration and software development right through to application management and running IT systems. Our clients include large, regional and private banks, fund management and service providers. At the same time, we are positioning ourselves with increasing success in the insurance field. The main areas of our activities are Core Banking Solutions, Investment Management, Risk Management as well as Client Facing Solutions.
Integration in the Swisscom Group
COMIT AG has been a wholly owned subsidiary of Swisscom IT Services AG since 1.1. 2006. We have direct access to infrastructure services from Swisscom IT Services and are developing these further with the necessary sector focus for the financial industry.
International presence
Geographically our activities extend in all directions from our headquarters in Zürich. Around 640 information technology and business specialists (figures as at 1.5.2008) in Switzerland, Austria, Germany, Singapore and Luxembourg operate for our customers. Some 20 per cent of our turnover in project business today comes from international clients.
